1 large eggplant per pack. Firm, smooth, and glossy in texture, these large aubergine eggplants contain soft flesh, and a slightly sweet taste.

 Best for ratatouille, moussaka and baba ghanoush or roast, bake. 

Keep out of direct sunlight and in a relatively cool spot, such as in a kitchen cupboard or pantry. Store them in a room 10 to 12 °C in temperature.
